Dane Reynolds and Britt Merrick have been working together a long time. The latest collaboration of this famous relationship is the FORMER x Channel Islands CRUX TWAD Model. What started as a hand-shape that Britt did for Dane when he requested a “curvy-rocketed twin fin”  has evolved into a board  that combines both a twin and a quad set up. A board that feels loose, but also solid. A board that is truely unique.

Fins: 
Developed in collaboration by Dane Reynolds and Captain Fin by modifying and shrinking the classic upright "MTF" (AMT) twin and then doubling the baby trailer while modifying the shape. It has a twin fin feel without the release at critical point of turn. 

Package: 
The CRUX TWAD comes packaged with a Limited Edition Former x Channel Islands boardsock, a set of the custom made “Twad” (twin / quad) fins by FORMER x Captain Fin, and a special thank you gift from FORMER Merchandise.
